Hello All,
I've currently got a 4 Monitor Setup with current resolutions all at 1920x1080.
I'm running a dual Geforce GTX 980 Ti setup, SLI capable but not enabled.
It's been working totally fine for my job uses.
I'd love to be able to add another monitor, and have an older 32" Dell Monitor 3007WFPHC that goes up to 2560X1600.
I've plugged the monitor into the video card as well, and now it's essentially locked at 1280x800, which NVIDIA Control Panel marks as "native."
I've used this monitor in the past with that 2560X1600 resolution.
If I try to change the resolution to any higher than 1280x800, even to 1920x1000, the monitor just won't do it - it flickers.
Is there any way that I can tweak this so that I can get a higher resolution than 1280x800, or better yet, better than 1920x1000?
One more thing to add:
The large 32" monitor was broken, and had to be repaired.
Would this be a possibilty:
The repair guy didn't know it was a monitor, and thought it was a TV, so repaired it to TV spec, which would explain the low resolution cap?
Is that even possible? If so, is it possible to revert back to a monitor?
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
