Good speed for online gaming?

Is this good for online gaming? Games like World of Warcraft, Battlefield 4, Overwatch and Left 4 Dead 2

3 ms ping? thats very low... did you connect to a server more than 250 miles away? if not then do so because you wont get an accurate reading if you just pinged a server in the same town.
and yes 30 down 10 up is more than enough for gaming. and preferably with a ping of 20-30ms for a 250 mile round trip.

changed the server to one a bit further away and it seems like my download went up lol

yeah thats not unheard of.
anyhoo. try a few more locations at a similar distance, at different times during the day for the next few days, and you should get a working average.
if your over the speed your paying for then great. if you get massive variations then contact your isp and see if theres an issue on the line.
