Horizontal Lines on 2nd Monitor

I just updated to amd driver 17.4.3 and when my pc restarted horizontal lines appeared on my 2nd monitor.

Everything was fine up until i updated the driver for my r9 290

Hi,

Most probable cause is that You got more vertical frequencies than the monitor is made for.
The graphics card is sending the frames at a certain speed, but also together information with each frame of how to drew them on the monitor.
Faster doesn't necessarily means to be faster, actually.

Ok. That can easily be adjusted in the tools menu > change it to 60 HZ or what ever your monitor is capable of.

my 2nd monitor refreshes at 60hz. I went to my properties for my monitor and it was already set at 60 so i brought it down to 50 which fixed the issue which is weird.
