Black screen from new Gpu after auto detect by a game

A few days ago I bought an ASUS Gtx 1060 6Gb and it worked perfectly fine. ut yesterday I decided to launch Skyrim. After it detected my Card and set the Graphics to Very High the Screen froze, and in the backround where my steam download bar was, were barely noticable green color distortions.
I restarded the Computer but I only get a Black Screen whenever I start my Computer(Hdmi & Dvi)
My old Card (Asus gtx760) works fine.

Windows 8.1
Intel i7-4790
Asus Dual Geforce Gtx 1060
12Gb DDR3 RAM
Psu: be quiet! Pure Power 10

Check the 1060 in another computer to make sure, but seems like it has died.

GPU dying in first 2 weeks is usually caused by factory error - no matter how good quality control might be, certain amount of faulty cards always slip by.

Electrically card is probably okay, but all it takes to make non-operational is one chip failing. So lights work, fans spinning but brain is gone.
