Windows desktop on a different hard drive?

hi, is it possible to have my desktop on a different hard drive?
i want my windows to be installed on my ssd but it is only 128gb, is it possible to do, that when i move a file to my desktop, it will actually be on my hdd?

Use a shortcut on your desktop that leads to the program on the HDD.
