Building my first pc need some advice

Hello people, I'm looking to build my first pc myself. I have put together a parts list after doing a lot of research and I came up with this https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/7jXxQV
I'm just wondering if someone can have a look at it and let me know what they think.
I'm only playing over watch on it to start with but the pc is based around my budget so I cannot upgrade anything yet but in he future I will upgrade stuff just for now looking to get one with that budget.

Also my other question is are these parts all upgradable?

Hi,

Good build, but changed a few things. This is what I would buy on that budget:

I changed out the CPU to the replacement for the i5 6500, the i5 7500. A board with a never chipset to go along with it [ The old board would work fine, but may need a bios update and can be a real pain ]
I found a much cheaper 6GB GTX 1060 and with the saved money I put in 16Gb of RAM.
Changed the black drive to a blue one. Pretty much the same thing.
Took out the cooler and thermal paste as it isn't necessary on a non-unlocked chip.
And changed out the PSU for a slightly lower wattage, but much higher quality EVGA G2 550W.

This build is very upgradable, the Motherboard can take up to an I7 7700k [ Although you won't be able to overclock it without a better Motherboard ], and you can put in any graphics card you want.
One of the first things I get though, is an SSD. Something like 250 GB would be perfect for Windows and regularly used applications. Will make your computer start up much faster and be a lot more responsive when navigating Windows etc.

Thanks for the response, I'm just a little confused when you say I don't need a cooler or paste? All the PCs I'm looking at all use coolers I haven't seen one without yet.

Clicking the CPU links in the partpickers above, reveals the specs for the CPUs. One item is "INCLUDES CPU COOLER - YES".
