Hi. I am new to building a custom PC. So I need your advice on whether I have chosen the right components for the Upgrade.

I have decided to upgrade my old PC:

  • Core i7 2600 3.4GHz (upto 3.8GHz)
    Intel DB75EN Motherboard
    Corsair 8GB (4GBx2) 1333MHz Ram kit
    500GB x2 Seagate HDD
    Radeon HD 6570 1 GB DDR5
    450W PSU

To new build I am planning:

  • Core i7 7700k (INTEL 7TH GEN, LGA1151 SOCKET, 8M CACHE, UP TO 4.50 GHz)
ASUS ROG STRIX Z270G GAMING (INTEL SOCKET 1151/7TH AND 6TH GENERATION CORE SERIES CPU/MAX 64GB DDR4-4000MHZ MEMORY)
    Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB 2x8GB DDR4 DRAM 3200MHz
    ZOTAC GeForce GTX 1070 Mini 8GB GDDR5
    CORSAIR SMPS CS550M - 550 WATT | Semi Modular

Am not planning on buying a new HDD, decided to use the old ones that I have already. Am also thinking of using the same Case which house the DB75EN motherboard since both are of micro ATX form factor (a bit tight on budget :chaudar: ).

In India, things are a bit overpriced here, so this is the best I can find both price wise and performance wise. (Not an ultra high end system though but this satisfies my need ;) )

I have another question, if the above build is all compatible, is 550W enough to power all of the above or should I go for 600/650W ?

80,000 to 90,000 INR thats roughly around 1,250-1,400 USD
At present its coming around 89k

But if I can reduce it even below 80k-85k I would be happy.

Here's the links, adds up to 88153 and gets you much more performance.
Check height clearance for the cooler and get back to me.

The graphic card links, Motherboard and the heatsink you suggested are out of stock, I did check MDComputers.in before :)

These are the ones that I am thinking of buying from -

For PSU -
http://www.amazon.in/dp/B00ALK46WC/ref=wl_it_dp_o_pC_nS_ttl?_encoding=UTF8&colid=2QJ5OC9UYNRUB&coliid=I3VBGPCKL1Z598

or

The prices on Amazon have been fluctuating since last 2 days.

Yeah, I meant to edit in the gainward phoenix, fixed now., cheers for pointing it out.
The mobo and cooler were in stock when I selected them however, must have gotten unlucky :C
All the links are fixed now, take a gander @OP.
