Windows 10 spinning dot everytime I boot up my computer

Two days ago I installed windows 10 (OEM) on my new build, everything went fine until I had to restart my computer for the updates.

I noticed that everytime I boot up, I would see my motherboard logo which is totally normal and normally, it would go straight to your desktop menu but instead it does this white spinning circle dot with the windows 10 logo on top.
THE THING IS, mine doesn't freeze like most people do.

I was wondering if there was a way to skip that spinning dot ritual everytime I boot up my computer?
This is also my first time using a OEM version.

That just seems like your system loading up. My old laptop used to do that, and it suffered from old age. I imagine your system isn't very old?

Go into MSCONFIG and adjust your settings there. I have mine set to skip all that.

When you open up msconfig you can

1. Adjust what programs open up at boot
2. Adjust your time out period
3. Check off whether or not you choose to see the GUI (This is the important setting for you)


Be sure to look through the entire list of start up services and don't just willy-nilly start disabling everything. Be selective.
