Looking at gaming monitors, need some advice.

Looking for a 144hz gaming monitor, had my eye on an IPS panel but after reading a lot about Backlight bleed issues have decided sticking with a TN panel might be my best option. Currently looking at the Acer Predator XB241H, does anyone own this monitor or know if it is decent? I have an OC 1070 and mainly play games like CS:GO, PUBG, Dota 2, so was considering going 1080p rather than 1440p. Open to any opinions, thanks.

Budget?
BLB is really only a problem with the PG278/279Q in my experience, the XB241H had moderate blb but it was okay.
I think 1080p 144hz would be a better fit for a 1070, get the Acer XF240H.
