Most of my application have the "unable to strat" error

So I think I got a virus who messed my windows. After many scans with my antivirus I seem to have got rid of it but almost nothing in my pc works anymore. Most of my applications now give me the error "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000001d). Click ok to close the application.", with different version of the error like 0xc00000e5, 0xc0000005...
I am on windows 10 home x64. I tried sfc /scannow with no results. I heard of the dism check but also I need an iso with my specific version of windows, which I have no idea where to get form. If anybody knows anything it would be great. Thank you.

Hello Cristian_26

Before going with the DISM, I would suggest you to try Restoring Windows to an Earlier Restore Point or Resetting Windows (without removing your files) if the operating system fails to restore.

About the Windows ISO Image, you can check this link and see if it works.

After some hours, I finally managed to restore to a previous date, as the restore also had 2-3 errors finally managing to restore in safe mode. Thank you.
