FPS drop only on dota 2

So after cleaning up my pc, i updated the windows, and then, i had 70 fps on ultra settings, but then the dota 2 dropped to 30 fps - 10 fps, even on lowest settings. Any help?
AMD A8-7600
GTX 750ti oc 2gb
8 gigs of ram
edit : i think my cpu usage when playing games is 100%, any help?

Well you can't do anything if your CPU is at 100% because there is a bottleneck i was gonna suggest to overclock but your CPU isn't overclockable. So only help is to get a better CPU Like AMD A10-7850k or something in the middle you can try using Windows 10's Game Mode or Open Task Manager and right click on dota2.exe and click Set Priority and high. If fps still drops your should upgrade to a better cpu.
