Help, Can't change resolution from 1366x768 to 1920x1080

i have an acer aspire aspire E5-571G-536E with an intel hd 4400 integrated graphics and nvidia geforce 840m dedicated. the native resolution of my laptop is 1920 x 1080, but the highest i can set when i go to dislpay settings is 1366x768. my laptop also has a FHD screen but i can't set anything higher than 1366x768. My laptop runs windows 10 professional.

Hey,

Make sure you have the most current drivers for your geforce 840m. You can find them at this site:
http://www.nvidia.com/download/driverResults.aspx/118518/en-us

After updating your drivers try again and hopefully that will work for you.
