I5 4690k 4.2ghz overvlock with 0.99v

Is that a good voltage amount? im quite new at overclocking and i couldn't find anywhere where people have said they used that low volt

Am i missing something?

PSU: Corsair RM650
MOBO: asus z97-a
CPU: Intel i5 4690k

Not sure how you got that, but that should be impossible. Are you sure you loaded up the CPU with a stress tester?
