Can I overclock my 2133mhz DDR4 RAM to 2400mhz on my motherboard?

I'm using a Gigabyte GA-H110M-S2PH board which only supports 2133mhz RAM. Can it work with 2133 if I overclock it?

I would say yes.
If your RAM is rated at 2400MHz, then simply head into the BIOS and enable the XMP profile. Your RAM will now be running at 2400MHz and will be stable.
In theory you should be able to overclock the RAM to a higher speed if you want.

If your RAM is rated for 2133 and you want to overclock to 2400, you should try increasing the frequency in steps.
Try increasing the frequency and then reboot.
If it boots up and there are no issues, keep going.
If the computer becomes unstable, you might need to give the RAM a little bit more voltage, or perhaps increase the timings.
If it doesn't boot at all, try increasing the voltage a bit, but if it doesn't work, take it back to the last stable frequency.

Umm, I found a XMP option and chose "Profile 1". It made my RAM 2400mhz and now, my PC won't even boot into BIOS. There is absolutely nothing on the monitor. The CPU fan rotates and then stops and this continues and the PC never shows anything on the monitor. Tried opening CMOS battery. No help

try resetting your CMOS using the jumpers to shorten the two pins present on the motherboard, that should do the trick or just turn on the PC with no RAM installed, shut it down then start it up with the RAM installed.
