I have connected AMD RYZEN 5 1400 processor with ASUS PRIME B350M-A motherboard

I am in deep trouble I regret buying this motherboard

Here is the system configuration

1. 450W power supply unit
2. AMD Ryzen 5 1400 processor
3. GSKIL 8 GB DDR4 RAM
4. Gigabyte Geforce GT 710 graphics card
5. 2TB WD HDD
6. LG FLATRON 1920X1080P monitor
7. 1 LG DVD/RW

Here are the issues

1. Without installing a graphics card, If I connect VGA cable or HDMI cable to my monitor, I see nothing in the monitor
2. If I connect Graphics card (Geforce GT 710 I am able to login to Windows 10 OS
3. But I see monitor loosing signal after few seconds, There will be no output from CPU to monitor Only way to reset the CPU
4. I have never been able to setup the system successfully with above configuration

How Can I get the display back in the monitor with the above configuration

Please respond at the earliest as my system is not usable

Solution
The ports on the motherboard are useless without an APU(Ryzen APUs haven't been released yet) so you have to use the ports on the GPU. Is this a fresh OS install or are you trying to transfer it from a previous build?
