NVIDIA GTX 970 vs Intel GMA X4500

Hello, I have a Dell OptiPlex 780 and I was wondering if its at least on par with the gtx 970,which is bare minimum required to play most game. Any and all answers are appreciated, thank you.

Sorry to say, it is no where near the performance required for any modern game and most will likely not run at all.
If you want to do any gaming, you would want to get a whole new system, all of the hardware in the Optiplex 780 is very dated.
