My OS doesn't know that I'm connected to the internet.

Hard to explain but i'll try my best.
So in this thread http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-3413590/reset-back-windows-reset.html I was told to connect my Microsoft account to my pc, went into settings, clicked on sign in with Microsoft account then this popped up http://imgur.com/qeuhbni weird, then I went to Email & App Account and clicked on Add Account then this popped up http://imgur.com/54WWPi7 and when I close the window this popped up http://imgur.com/euAdmPC. So my OS thinks I'm offline, I tried asking Cortana to look up something, she said this http://imgur.com/1bMXjXT. And also I can't open Microsoft Edge for some reason, I don't know if its related or not.

Any suggestions?

I can't open anything on my settings that involves connecting to the internet, not even the Windows Store or Contact Support.
