USB pen no longer working

Hi,

had a working USB pen which i used on my LG tv. Came back and it said i constantly needed to format. It wouldnt work.

Now in disk management the letter of the drive is completely blanked out and all i can do is change the letter path of the drive. Which ive done and no change. I cant format or partition.

Is my USB pen dead? Ive tried a lot of common fixes and thats why im posting on here.

They die.It's dead. They're cheap.

To fix this you have to diskpart the USB. Here is how its done for a hard drive. Just be sure you select the number that goes with the USB instead of one of your drives. This may not work or only partly tho if the USB is dieing. I did this for an OCZ USB and it worked for another 2 months but with a smaller capacity.
