Iuninstalled something now my computer doesn't receive power

So, I was trying to install my new graphics card and I was following the steps. I uninstalled my current graphics card drivers, then I uninstalled something I probably shouldn't have, all that I uninstalled was AMD related. The two under Devices\display then I redirected myself to something else that might have been the APU for AMD, now my computer doesn't turn on, as if it has no power. I do not know how to fix this issue, this is my first time buying parts.

As far as I know, there is no software you could have removed that can stop PC starting up. You can stop windows maybe but the PC itself should start

What are the specs of the PC?
