Last thing I remember was clicking "Update and Shut Down". Next morning, I turn on my PC get the Automatic Repair and Diagnosing your PC screen. Tried Safe Mode but got the "Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart... SYSTEM THREAD NOT HANDLED EXCEPTION". Tried System Restore and it didn't work as well as going back to previous build and even using the bootrec and the sfc commands didn't work. I don't want to have to Reset my PC since I'll have to reinstall all of the apps I have and I don't want to lose any data I had. Is there anything else I could do.

Whatever the update did, it sounds like it damaged your Master Boot Record. You'll have to fix that, follow this guide for steps: https://neosmart.net/wiki/fix-mbr/

It's possible that the damage to the MBR is so bad that you'll have to re-install the OS but you should always try fixing the MBR first. Keep in mind though that there's no guarantee that it'll work and that you may have to re-install.

Of course if you have a backup, restoring a backup would also be ideal. If you aren't already, backing up your data with a disk imager (i.e. Macrium Reflect) or a snapshot tool (i.e. Rollback Rx) will help.
