My headset stopped being detected and when it was it had error 400 (it does not work)

OSVR, huh. I don't have any experience with that. There seems to be a common issue using SteamVR with OSVR if your monitor resolution is not 1920x1080, so if that's the case for you it may be a reasonably straightforward fix. Otherwise you might want to post a question in the OSVR subreddit, or contact support.

Which headset do you have, HTC Vive?

From what I can find on google, it may have to do with how you're plugging in the headset as well as the monitors, so try rearranging where they're plugged in. If you have multiple monitors plugged in, try (just for troubleshooting) only having one plugged in.
