Maybe $300 for a full system, it's not really a PC without a case and hard drive. That CPU is maybe $75, used 1050 is about $75 PSU $30, motherboard $30. That motherboard is listed at very high prices online but it's not worth too much now.

gtx 1050 worth about 80$-100
Motherboard about 175-200$

so 300-350 would be fair I guess
