Computer starts then turns off and on continuously

Never had an issue like this before until I tried to start my computer one day it turned on for about 5-10 seconds my keyboard, mouse and monitor do not turn on at all then the computer shuts off and tries again repeatedly. Ive been lucky and it eventually turned on but a game recently locked up on me and I had to turn it off and I can't get it back on, still doing the same thing. I have no idea what it could be but I have read there is a Windows 10 bug that can cause this. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this? Thanks

Check your Windows System Logs under Event Viewer to see what's happening before the computer shuts down. Could be drivers, power settings, bad PSU, any number of things.
