Is it worth getting a 144hz monitor?

Hi , I have a i5 4460 and a GTX 1070 and I get anywhere from 60-280 fps on games (ultra settings) depending on what games , would it be worth getting a 144hz monitor or should I just stick to a 60hz monitor?

I would recommend getting a 144hz monitor. Even if you can't get to 144hz on Ultra on all games, your monitor should stick with you longer than your PC. If you would be able to sacrifice some quality for FPS and could get 144hz constantly then yes.
