All in one computer, dual monitor?

At work we have these all in one computers, Acer All-in-One Computer Aspire ZC AZC-700G-UW61 Celeron N3150

I'm pretty sure that's it. Is it possible to do a dual monitor set-up and extend, not duplicate? I have an open USB port, and an open HDMI port as well. I'm wondering if I can just hook up into the hdmi and have it work as a second monitor?

There's a HDMI port on the back that you can connect a monitor that support HDMI.
