Hey folks,

Below is the link to my current build.
https://pcpartpicker.com/list/9BbxtJ

Approximate Purchase Date: This week
Budget Range: $2000-$2300 (If I can get away with 1800 I'd love that)
System Usage: Gaming, netflix, word/excel.
Need an OS: Yes
Are you buying a monitor: Yes
Location: Ohio, Moving to Detroit MI, the 31st.
Overclocking: Possible
SLI: Possibly, Depends how well SLI holds up compared to next generation cards

I'm looking for a few things to be checked prior to me firing the trigger.

1. Are all the current components compatible?
2. Do I have any parts that (Although nicer) could be downgraded without a major performance loss? AKA "Can I save some money without a noticeable performance loss?"
3. Do I have any bottlenecks?

Any other advice would be greatly appreciated.

P.S. "Willing to spend more if you believe this is necessary, ALSO would love to spend less if you believe this is possible"

1. Yes
2. If OCing is only a possibility, chances are you will only use a moderate one if you do. The Cyorig M9i is $82 cheaper than the Corsair you chose, and can handle a 4-4.2GHz OC. I would suggest spending some of that money saved on higher frequency RAM.

3. No

There are other things IMO that are overpriced, like the Razer Keyboard, but those are very personal preference items. I doubt if it's any better quality than say a Cougar mechanical made in Germany at nearly half the price though.

Yes I did Bigbax75! And the following was intended to follow - not what I saw when I submitted! Maybe wannacreepy snatched it out of the ether :)

Thanks to superninja12 who posted your configuration!
The one item that jumped out at me - because of personal experience with PRO 250Gb SSD - usable 238 I believe. I am running that on my gaming rig - and the SSD is around 80% capacity - which I believe contributes to some SLOW response. I think that for another $29 USD you can pick up the EVO 500 on Egghead. There are other things that I might reconsider - though as it is spec'd looks good to me.

Personally, I think you are spending too much on peripherals. Also I want to give you a Ryzen option, with a GTX 1080.
