What monitor has the best overall response time that is 2k capable 27' 144Hz+

I focus on gaming and streaming and want 1920x1080 144hz for my shooting games and want 2k for when I play off titles.. what monitor has the best overall response time that is 27' 144Hz I heard when they say 1ms and 4ms it does not represent the actual delay. Thank you.

I am scared that a 4ms IPS monitor is not as responsive as a 1ms TN is that correct or incorrect?

I've been gaming on high refresh rate IPS and low refresh rate IPS panels for years now and the 5ms delay in response time is unnoticeable. You really have to look hard to notice motion blur.

5ms or under is what you'll want to look for.

ok so I should notice no difference between my current 144hz TN 1ms display vs a 244hz IP 4ms?

That looks great but I don't think that's IPS if you want IPS.

Is IPS necessary? Which of the 2 listed would warrant a faster response time? Or are they basically identical on response time.
