The fastest respone time monitor possible for 144HZ+

I am looking for a 24 or 26' monitor that can run 1920x1080 (maybe 2k for movies) but has at least 144hz. I want the fastest response time possible.

You may want a 1080p 144hz with a 1ms reponse time..also G-Sync or FreeSync depending on which card you have. But unless you are super good, 1 to 4 seconds isn't going to hurt.

I play CS:GO a lot so I might notice the difference. I have a 1060 EVGA card. Budget is under 600 if possible. Is there not a good monitor that has very good response time but also could be watched at 2k at lower HZ?

If you want to watch anything at native 2k, you need a 2k monitor. Sounds like a 1440p, 144hz monitor with Gsync is what you're looking for.

Well if you want to pay more for pretty much the same features, then be my guest. Nothing wrong with with the ASUS monitor you linked, but if I can get one with the same features for $420 and it's from of the top 3 computer companies in the world, then i'm going with that...but that's my just three cents.
