Best monitor for me and my build?

Im looking for a 1080p ips panel for my build

requirements: glossy, 24 or 25 inches, thin bezels, good color reproduction, and flicker free

so far I've narrowed it down to Dell s2415h, Dell u2414, HP 25er, HP 25xw

I play all sorts of video games and don't do any photoshopping or pro video editing. I need something with good colors so I can watch movies and enjoy cinematic games.

I live in Canada and my budget is around 350 to 400 dollars

Please recommend the best monitors out of those listed or suggest a better monitor in the same price range

suggestion : drop the cooler. the inbuilt wraith spire performs similar to the 212. use that cash to up ur SSD to 240gb. 120gb gets filled up pretty fast. that brand of ssd u chose is good. hyper x fury or crucial mx300 r the other good options out there.

@Lucky_SLS Thanks for the suggestion about dropping the cooler. As for the monitor, i was originally looking at that viewsonic but started reading about ips and I want that nice image you get from a ips panel. Is the viewsonic comparable to a low or medium end ips panel? And what about viewing angles? If I lean back in my chair will the colors change drastically? Thanks for your time.
