Can't Dual Monitor

Hi, I'm new so sorry if I got a wrong category

My new current Graphics card is GTX 1050 Ti
And my monitors are 2D LG HD TV and Dell in1930

the LG one using HDMI and Dell using VGA
the problem is, the Dell one can't be detect from screen resolution setting
Dell monitor using graphic port - to - VGA

I already use NVIDIA Control Panel and it won't detect the Dell Monitor

what should I do?

Hi, What adapter using? Have you tested an active one?

You can also test an active DVI-D to VGA.
