MSDIA80.DLL file on my other hdd ?what is that ?

I have 1 ssd where my windows 10 is installed
and 2 western digital black hdds where I install my steam games my pictures and videos

but I noticed on one of my hdd there is a file called msdia80.dll
what is that
am I infected with a virus ?
I run bitdefender scan but nothing found
what is that file ?
it is on the root of my WD drive
can I delete it ?

msdia80.dll is present on your D: drive because you installed games on that drive. That particular .dll comes from Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable Package which some games will install because it is required to run those particular games. I would advise AGAINST deleting it, as deleting that file may make some of your games unplayable. ax64 time machine did not create the file.
