i can't change some folders steam needs to delete then install again and i can't even do it manually.
the account im playing on is the only one on my pc
once i had a microsoft account on it but i decided to remove it because i had to type in a password

You should try to log back in through the microsoft account. Otherwise you need to make sure you're logging in with your admin account and password.
