One high temperature? - HWiNFO readings

One unknown temperature is high and i don't know what is it...

Also why there are 2 CPU temperatures?

First one is temperature of Cores and second one so called Package temps. Temp3 is most likely NB.

Temperature3 is high, suggest you find out where it's measured. While it's running some test or benchmark program touch Chipset/NB and VRM coolers and see which one is heating up.

I think i found it, after turning off PC i touched everything and this spot was hot http://imgur.com/a/njapa
I don't have any additional fans maybe that's why?

That's NB(North bridge) chipset.
