intel (r) hd graphics doubt

I have intel (r) hd graphics which is 2nd gen core how can i change it to 3rd gen core?

what do you mean about that? if you want to get higher intel hd series then you have to get a new processor if you use desktop with suitable motherboard, but if you use laptop then you should get a new laptop or finding a suitable motherboard with higher series processor. ask me more if you still kinda dizzy or dont understand about this such things

You don't. It's an internal part of the CPU, not a discrete GPU. The only way to improve integrated graphics is to buy a CPU with those improved integrated graphics.
