0x000093 hal.dll is missing or corrupt

Hello,

so today I received a hal.dll blue screen and I tried to install windows 10 with an usb stick, but my pc thinks that my harddrive doesnt have enough space while it was formatted and it doesnt work, I hope you cam help me!

think it was a driver error

Did you delete all the partitions on the drive before trying to install?
