Quick rundown:
Surface Pro 4 is in infinite bsod loop, automatic repair gets interrupted by bsod as well. It bluescreens every 15 sec approx. I am getting all of them from memory management to unexpected store expection and attempted write on readonly memory

What I have tried:
-Disconnecting all accessories (keyboard, mouse, monitor)
- Deleting programs that seemed to trigger BSOD before the loop (spotify for example)
- Updated all my drivers
- Searched for update
- Ran sfc/scannow it found a ton of things and fixed them apparently
- Searched for windows updates
- There are no restore points
- I managed to back up very few things on Onedrive before it went crazy

I can't access the internals because it's a surface, so I cant try to replace the memory stick if that's the case.

Sometimes I can login but then it bluescreens anyways, I'm a bit stressed, it's exam period and everything I need (books, notes, assignments) are on there.

Help would be greatly appreciated!

If it is still in warranty you could bring it to a MS store or send it in for a replacement. Sounds like a hardware issue if you have already tried a full clean install.

Also, dont ask me why there are no restore points, I have no idea. Windows is acting strange. Btw, I updated to creators update mid-April. Started getting the occasional BSOD a few days ago, now it is stuck. It often gets stuck on the blue screen as well for over 10 minutes
