Is this a good monitor ?

Why does it say 14ms response time but 14ms/5ms GTG response time ?

GTG is a different measure of response time, 14ms is ooing from black to white to black, while the 5ms is going from gray to white to gray again.
Ultrawides aren't good choices for gaming, only for productivity really, since it isn't well supported, meaning you'll end up with black bars most of the time.
What's your budget for your entire setup including monitor?
Do you need anything else included?
