YouTube Loading Issue (Dropping Resolution)

Hello!

I've never had this issue before but I'm having a hard time loading YouTube videos. It was just the other day starting at 720P automatically. I restarted my Router & Modem, I did ipconfig /renew. I ran a speed test getting 70mbps download and 10upload. I updated my drivers, I ran a virus scan.

It keeps doing this. Any ideas?

What is it doing now? What browser are you using? I believe Firefox and Chrome have addons available to force youtube to load a particular video resolution by default.

Google Chrome. Same issue now it's loading at least in 360p..
