USB Monitors - Good or Bad?

I'm looking to buy a USB monitor to compliment my new laptop, are there any good ones out there? This Asus monitor is one I'm looking at specifically:

Is there anything else that runs off USB 3.0 that I could get for that price with similar specs that I should be looking at?

For 1080p, no you are not going to find anything for cheaper. There are ones that are smaller and/or have less resolution for cheaper, but not a 15" with 1080p
