Windows 10 Boot and USB problem

so i some how corrupted my windows 10 boot files and had to reinstall windows, after after getting all the drivers a stuff under the safely remove hardware section this appeared when noting was plunged in USB Root hub was connected and when ever clicked eject on it and restarted my PC it wouldn't let me boot into windows until i restarted it twice ?

Will add the caveat to be very careful about downloads that offer to identify and fix the problem.

Some of those programs/utilitities will show up no matter what the original problem may be.
Read first and see if any are applicable to your set up.
