OK guys so you could call me a veteran PC builder, and customizer. While this is the first PC i am building for myself I have built a lot for my friends and family. Even so I always like criticism. As the title says I am building a mid-range gaming PC. I would prefer to keep the price under $1300, but that can be adjusted as necessary. The monitor is there because my old monitor burned out after 10 years of faithful use. Also i am pulling the SSD out of my old rig as the SSD is less than 6 months old.

Definitely need a k series processor and at least a mild oc to consider pushing 144fps. You might actually be better off dropping to a 1070 and a 7700k in that situation.
