I have this problem where it randomly changes to a wrong time 1h late. For example, right now it's 23:28, when it hits 0:00 it goes back to 23:00 and somewhere in the night (I can't remember if it's 4:00 or 3:00 it changes again to 1h back. It happens throughout the day too, I don't know what's the problem since I've changed it manually and it still persist.
Why I hate this is because I actually had serious problem with it, I've looked up my Windows 10 watch and it said 14:00 where it actually was 15:00 and I was going to be with my friend at 15:00 so I was almost an hour late!

I would go to the Control panel and then click on Date and Time. There should be an option to set the time to the time of an internet server like Windows.time or another time server. Hopefully then your time will stay synced as long as you have internet connection.

You could also try to uncheck the option for the computer to automatically adjust for Daylight Savings Time.

Weird. I changed the time manually to 23:41 and updated the synchonization on windows.time and it changed to 22:41, is that their problem or something? I'm gonna try to manually change and don't synchronize and see how it goes.

It looks like it was actually a Microsoft's problem not far ago, I'll keep track if the time switches back to 1 hour late.

I've turned off everything that sets it automatically and the problem STILL persist, it changed the time AGAIN
SO FRUSTRATING
OK, changed to time.nist.gov, let's see what happens. It's now at a correct time, let's see if it changes.
