Cannot delete certain files on computer, please help?

Please help me figure out how to delete these files.

Some info that may help:

• 
  When I search up these files in file explorer, searching under the entire "My PC" folder, I get these globe icons for files that I already have delete I believe.
  
  These files are the ones that have the little globe next to them.
  
  
  
  For some reason I cannot delete these files and when I try to, I get this error message.

Weird, could be a problem in your SSD, hopefully not, could also be some virus protecting its own files, try restarting in safe mode and see if you can erase them from there.

I'd also suggest to try erasing them using Total Commander, download it, install it, and run it with admin privileges.
