Does second monitor affect my fps ?

I plan to buy a second monitor ( lg 25um58 - p ) which is a 25 in 2650 multiply 1080 ultrawide monitor. I only use the second monitor for youtube, facebook, .. So does it affect my fps ? My computer specs is :

Pentium G4560
Rx 570 4gb
8gb ddr4 2400

* My Phone don't have the multiply icon

It does but not noticeable (as the GPU still has to render frames in the other ultrawide monitor). Probably 1-3 fps or even less (depends on game as well). Not really significant as you won't be gaming on both at the same time.
