Triple Monitors 1080p or 4K?

I'm having my new build coming up
Gtx 1080 ti Asus ROG strix or AORUS
I7-7700K
ASUS ROG Maximus Hero IX
16GB DDR4 3200mhz CORSAIR Vengance
And A cooler Master 750Watt PSU
I currently have a Samsung S27D590C 27 Inch Curved LED Monitor and it has been amazing to me
And i was wondering should i get another two of these or a 4K Monitor
Both are at the same price the two 1080p for 400$ and the 4K 400$
I like the idea of having an extended view VR look-a-like gaming setup
It will be used for 60% gaming and the rest 40% for editing, montage, programming, social media marketing and stuff similar to that

4k isn't that amazing i would instead get a another 1080p monitor. or invest in a 144z monitor.

If you like curved but want an even wider view you wouldn't go far wrong in one of these.

Being 2560 x 1080 it shouldn't put that much extra strain on your GPU.
