Recently I have started buying parts for my PC and storage wide I decided for my budget to have max around $200 for storage (one SSD for booting Windows 8.1 or 10, running my two games: CS:GO and Overwatch, screen recording, twitch streaming and running Google Chrome, and one HDD for the rest of the storage on my computer.)

For my HDD I am for sure going to use the: (because on userbenchmark.com it says that the HDD is the fastest HDD for under $100) Leaving me with about $130 dollars for my SSD

But for SDD's I'm In a bit of a pickle:

I saw on userbenchmark.com that my choice for internal SSD is about 1.5x faster than my choices for external ones. So why are people even still using external ones when internals are this much faster.

My overall questions are: What are the pros and cons of using a Internal SSD vs an External One? And Which SSD Should I Get for the tasks listed above?

Internal SSD: http://ssd.userbenchmark.com/SpeedTest/200373/Samsung-SSD-960-EVO-250GB

External SSD: http://ssd.userbenchmark.com/Samsung-850-Evo-250GB/Rating/2977 OR
http://ssd.userbenchmark.com/Samsung-850-Pro-256GB/Rating/2385

Also in terms of compatibility, I was wondering if all could do the tasks listed above and are compatible with my motherboard (I already order this motherboard)

My Motherboard is: https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130996.
My Processor is: i7-7700K
My Graphics Card: GTX 1070

"I saw on userbenchmark.com that my choice for internal SSD is about 1.5x faster than my choices for external ones. So why are people even still using external ones when internals are this much faster"

a) Portability - - easily moved between different computers for eg. backup of multiple systems (which is how I use one).

b) Preferred option for many people who don't want to mess with what's inside the system case (not everyone is in to system-building or internal hardware upgrades, opening the PC case is often a "no go" area for them).

c) The only option for laptop users (unless they own one of the few which have a second HDD bay).

Can both interal and external do "booting Windows 8.1 or 10, running my two games: CS:GO and Overwatch, recording, twitch streaming and running Google Chrome" ?
