2nd monitor won't show up (Amd Eyefinity Error)

I tried eyefinity recently and it works great. However, i messed up the configuration and somehow hit the "Keep changes" instead of revert, and both screens went black. I unplugged the biggest monitor so i could see on the other monitor and uninstalled ALL of AMD and reinstalled it. Somehow the bigger monitor is still blacked out when i use windows without safemode. When its booting up it works fine. It also works in safe mode. Remember, I completely reinstalled all of AMD, so it doesn't really make sense that eyefinity would still keep these settings. Btw i used DDU

Also, the bigger monitor is my default. When i press Windows+P and press "Extend", it makes an invisible monitor the same size as the monitor that isnt working.

I have 0 amd software installed right now, and the monitor is still not working. I put in another monitor and it works fine. something's wrong here...
