I just got some parts for my new gaming PC in the mail along with windows 10 the CD. but the case I am ordering does not have a CD drive. how would I download it when I finish building the PC without one?

Solution
Here are your drivers;

WiFi Adapter: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0Bxl0vOHhALRhc1IzMUl0clJFRFU/view
Graphics Card: http://download.gigabyte.us/FileList/Driver/vga_gv_rx460_16.30_rc8.zip
Motherboard: https://us.msi.com/Motherboard/support/H110M-GAMING.html

I would suggest that just download the drivers for your WiFi adapter and after you are done installing the windows just install the wifi driver and download DriverPack Solution Online, it will install all the drivers for you while you can sit back and relax. Just run the Driver Pack Solution and all the drivers are just a click away.

You should use a bootable USB to install windows if there is no optical drive, otherwise you have to connect an external drive to install the windows, i would suggest that you should go with the bootable USB as it is faster and far more reliable than an optical disk.

You can get the drivers for all your onboard devices easily from the internet, you can provide me with the specs of your system if you want me to send you a link to download the drivers.
No need of spending extra bucks on an optical drive when there is a large number of solutions already available.

There could be a problem, if the BIOS isn't updated for Kaby Lake.
About the drivers, Windows will install most of them, you just have to install the Wi-Fi driver.
After that you could download new drivers from each of the manufacturer's webistes or stay with the ones Windows downloaded for you.

The Windows install on one USB, all the drivers on a different USB.

Alright so put the windows USB in first when the PC boots up? Will the PC ask for a operating system or something? Then after windows installs I put the other USB in and install the drivers? sorry this is my first time building a PC

You put the USB in, then power up the system.
It will boot from the USB and start the install process.
Go slowly, and read everything. Every screen. A lot of things you want to turn OFF.
Don't just accept the defaults.

After the OS is fully installed, and you boot up a couple of times to verify...then you can install all the drivers from the other USB stick.

Hey sorry for the late response but thank you for all your help. I built the PC about 2 weeks ago and it is running perfectly fine except for sometimes when I am playing games the screen gets pink and purplish dots all over it then the monitor goes black and turns back on. any help?

Bad monitor, bad or loose cable, bad port on the GPU, overheating GPU.
