360 Rad Exhaust fans

I have seen a few builds with differently placed exhaust fans on the top rad and I wondered before I bolt mine in, which would be best placed as per below setup?

I have a FRONT 280 rad as intake in-between a Push/Pull setup
A bottom 120 intake fan also with no rad
A REAR 140 exhaust fan no rad
Now the TOP exhaust is a 360 rad with 3 120 fans obv, but, would those fans be best placed blowing through the rad and exhausting or pulling from the rad and exhausting? Would it make a blind bit of difference at all either way?

Won't really make much difference, except for the possible dust.

Fans blowing through the rad will collect any dust that makes it that far.
Fans pulling through the rad will cause that dust to collect on the rad instead. Which is much harder to clean.

Ok Ill stick to original plan of fans pushing through then thanks
