windows boot error 0xc00000e9

i had a similar error before i reinstalled windows, now im getting the windows error 0xc00000e9 but i only get it when i leave my PC off for over an hour or i put my PC to sleep for along time and it freezes and i reboot, that's it. also windows is installed on a M.2 not a hdd

This error is sometimes an indication that the hard drive may be failing. Complete the following steps to check the integrity of your hard drive. If you are unable to get to the Advanced Boot Option menu using the F8 key, you will need to obtain a Windows Vista disc.
1. Restart your computer, tapping on the F8 button until you reach the Advanced Boot Options menu.
2. Select Safe Mode with command prompt.
3. Type chkdsk /r (there is a space between k and /)
Once you are able to start Windows, backup all of your important data. Let us know if this helps.
